Moe's Original BBQ Boulder, CO. Through the Lens Series

Have you ever heard someboday utter the sentence "I'd love to open a restaurant one day"? For a lot of people, the idea of opening a restaurant is a highly romanticized daydream that consists of eating good food with friends and customers and the rest will take care of itself. In reality, opening a restaurant has to be one the hardest things you could possibly do. If you think it only involves a little business know-how and some knowledge in the kitchen, you better think again. If you don't know your way around a tool box, then you might be in trouble.

My hubby is part of the Moe's Original BBQ family and the newest Moe's Original just opened in Boulder, CO.
