Terra Bistro played host to a special dinner as part of Vail Restaurant Month with acclaimed chef and author Martha Rose Shulman on Saturday night. The theme of the evening was "Recipes for a Healthy Thanksgiving Dinner". Guests were brought each of the 5 courses to dine on as Martha prepared the same dishes in front of them.
